Now those of you that listen regularly kmow that we like to have a bit of a laugh, but sometimes life can be serious. Rememeber, we are not professionals, we are just two blokes talking about our own personal experiences of mental health.
With what we thought was the last beard competition of the season, it is clear to see that many people are suffering from “post-comp blues” and even more so with the turn of the seasons and it getting colder.
Are you doing too much? Maybe too little?
